Two Men Plead Not Guilty in Manchester Murder Case

Two men, Michal Jaroslaw Polchowski (68) and Marcin Majerkiewicz (42), have entered not guilty pleas at Manchester Crown Court. They stand accused of the murder of Stuart Everett, 67, whose remains were discovered throughout Greater Manchester in locations such as Kersal Dale, Buille Hill Park, and Boggart Hole Clough.

The charges state the alleged murder occurred between March 24, 2024, and April 5, 2025. Both defendants, residing on Worsley Road, Eccles, also denied an alternative charge of manslaughter.

A trial date has been set for March 3, 2025, with proceedings expected to last around 15 days. A pretrial review is scheduled for January 17, 2025. Judge John Potter informed the defendants that their case will proceed to trial following their not guilty pleas.
