A second teenager has appeared in court charged with the murder of Nathaniel Shani. The incident involving the 14-year-old boy took place in Harpurhey, Manchester, in September.
At Manchester Crown Court on Thursday morning (December 21), a 13-year-old boy, whose identity is protected, faced murder charges. At this stage, no pleas were entered.
In October, a 14-year-old boy, also protected by anonymity, pleaded not guilty to the murder but admitted to carrying a knife.
Both teenagers are set to stand trial in March next year with a further case management hearing scheduled for February 9, 2024.
