Greater Manchester Police have released a CCTV image following an incident where an elderly man had money 'snatched from his hand' at Hulme Retail Park in Manchester.

The theft occurred at approximately 5pm on Saturday, October 19. As part of their investigation, police are seeking help in identifying a man who may have relevant information.

A spokesperson from GMP Longsight and Moss Side stated on Facebook: "Officers are appealing for information after an elderly man had a sum of money snatched from his hand at Hulme Retail Park."

Authorities are encouraging anyone with information to come forward. They stated: "The incident occurred at around 5pm on Saturday, October 19, and we are hoping to identify the man pictured, as it is believed he could assist with our enquiries."
