The accused, another 15-year-old boy, faces charges of murder, possession of a bladed article, and affray, as confirmed by the Crown Prosecution Service.

Family's Response: On the afternoon of the incident, Harvey's mother, Caroline, along with other family members, visited the school where tributes including flowers, balloons, and cards were placed in memory of the beloved pupil. Following their visit, they released a heartfelt statement saying, “We are utterly heartbroken at the loss of our beautiful boy, ‘Harvey Goose’.”
