On [Insert Date], a man appeared in Manchester Crown Court to deny raping and attacking a woman.

Paul Quinn, 50, pleaded not guilty to four offences, including two counts of rape, one count of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent, and one count of choking with intent.

The alleged attacks took place in Greater Manchester. Mr. Quinn, residing on Whipton Barton Road in Exeter, was remanded in custody.

A trial is scheduled for October 2023. A pre-trial hearing is set for May 2, during which Judge Nicholas Dean KC indicated that Mr. Quinn would likely be produced via prison video link.
