Jailed for Vengeful Attack: Khan's Trail of Destruction

Kashif Khan, 39, committed a vengeful act against his ex-partner by smearing ketchup and oil over her apartment walls in Ashton. His aggressive behavior followed a series of threatening messages that drove the woman to leave her home, as heard in Minshull Street Crown Court.

In addition to the attack, Khan, from Salford, was convicted of driving under the influence with a child in the car. The court sentenced him to 20 months in jail, highlighting his malicious intent and alcohol influence during the incidents.

During sentencing, Judge Bernadette Baxter condemned Khan's actions as selfish and bullying, expressing concern over the anguish caused to his ex-partner and the reckless endangerment of a child's safety.

Khan was also issued an indefinite restraining order, reinforcing the court's stance against his history of abusive and destructive behavior.
