In a terrifying incident, balaclava-clad burglars broke into a home in south Manchester, stealing wedding rings and luxury watches.
The break-in occurred shortly after 9pm on Saturday, February 1, on Brooklands Road, near the border of south Manchester and Sale. The three suspects entered through the back door, forced the victim to the floor, and made off with several valuable items, including three wedding rings and two Rolex watches.
Following the incident, police are appealing to the public for assistance. Detectives would like to speak to anyone who may have CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage from the area on the night of the burglary.
Additionally, images of the stolen rings have been released. A Greater Manchester Police (GMP) spokesperson stated, "If you have seen these for sale online, or been approached by someone trying to sell these items, please get in touch. This information could be crucial to our investigation."
