In a shocking incident at Alexandra Park, Manchester, a man named Omar Suleiman was involved in a severe assault over a dispute related to a cannabis cigarette.

The event took place when Suleiman was approached by a man who asked to share a spliff. Upon refusal, a verbal exchange escalated into violence.

Suleiman retaliated with a series of punches after the victim initiated the confrontation by pulling him to the ground. Witnesses were appalled when Suleiman delivered a running kick to the victim's head.

The victim, severely injured and left in a coma, was later hospitalized with a broken eye socket and brain bleeding. He required intensive medical care for several weeks.
